2198 Vacate Eighth StreetuRDINANCE NO. 2198

An ordinance vacating a portion of Eighth Street and a portion
of the alley between Seventh Street and Eighth Street
in the city of Salina, Kansas.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina:
Section 1.
That Eighth Street
from the
north
line
of
North Street in
the city of Salina,
Kansas, to
the
south
line
of union Pacific Right of way in said City be, and the same is
hereby vacated.
Sec. 2. That the alley between Seventh Street and Eighth
Street in the city of Salina from North Street to the union
Pacific Flight of way be and the same is hereby vacated.
Sec. 3. This ordinance is passed to correct a defect
in the title to Ordinance No. 2112, passed and approved Decen-
ber 3rd, 1917.
Sec. 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its publication once in the official City paper.
