ORDINANCE NO. 2193.

An ordinance granting to The Missouri Pacific Railroad Company
a right of way to. cross certain streets in the City of
Salina.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina:
Section 1. That a right of way be and the same is hereby
granted to The Missouri Pacific Railroad Company to build, construct
and maintain an extension from the present Lee -Warren Milling
Company's mill track No. 2 and to run its engines, trains and
cars thereon across the alley between Santa Fe Avenue and Fifth
Street and between Santa Fe Avenue and Seventh Street in said
City.
See. 2. Said track shall be built and constructed upon
the established grade of such alleys and in accordiance with the
pians anf specifications of the City Engineer and the Street and
Alley Committee.
Sec. 3. This ordinance, when accepted, shall operate as a
contract between said Railroad Company and said City.
Sec. 4.. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its publication once in the official City.
