An ordinance repealing a certain portion of Ordinance No. L161.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina:
Section 1. That.the provisions of Section One of Ordin-
ance No. 2161 so far as the sam pertains to and affects Lots
Number 9-11-13 and 15, in Block 3, Phillip's East Salina Addition
be, and the. same are hereby repealed.
Sec. 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its publication once in the official City
paper.
Passed and approved, May 20th, 1918.

Be It Ordained by the Aayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina:
Section 1. That the provisions of Section One of
Ordinance No. 2161 so far as the same p$&tains to and Meets Lots
No. 9-11-13 and 15'in Block 3, Phillip's East Salina Addition be,
and the same are hereby -repealed.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and
