2181 Vacate Ash Street AlleyORDINANCE NO. 2181 (Published in the Salina Daily union May 1918) An ordinance vacating certain alleys in the city of Salina, Kansas. Be -it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina: Section 1. That the alley extending from Ash Street to Elm Street between Third and Fourth Streets in the City of Sa- lina, Kansas, be and the same is hereby vacated. Sec. 2. That the alley extending from Elm Street to Pine Street between Third Street and Fourth Street in said City be and the same is hereby vacted. Sec. 3.
