An ordinance amending Ordinance No. 2167 being an ordinance
entitled, "An ordinance appointing appraisers, fixing
their compensation and providing for the condemnation
and appropriation of land for a right-of-wa,y or ease-
ment for the construction of certain sewers in the
City of Salina, Kansas.0
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina;
Section 1., That the first line of the last paragraph of
Section 1 in Prdinance No. 21670 the same being an ordinance
entitled, "An ordinance appointing appraisers, fixing their
compensation and providing for the condemnation and appropria-
tion of land for a right-of-way or easement for the construction
of certain sewers in the City of Salina.. Kansas," beamended
so as to read as follows
North 30 feet of Lot 14, Surveyor's Plat "G".
Sec. 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its publication once in the official City
paper.
