That the sum of $4,706,63, be and the same is hereby appropriated out of the various funds in the hands of the City Treasurer for the payment of the following claims: 101 General Department. That the sum of $3,518.76, be and the same is here- by appropriated out of the Paving Fund in the hands of the.City Treasurer for the payment of the following claims: L. H. Lyon, curb & gutter on Eighth St; Washington Avenue and Phillips Street ------------$2903.68 L. H. Lyon, Curb & Gutter on intersections on 9th St. between North and Otis ------------ 615.08 Total ------------ $3518.76 Sec.. 4. That scrip for the amounts specified in Section Three (3) of this ordinance be drawn.on the'City Treasurer for the payment of such cliams. Said scrip to be made payable on demand and bear- ing no interest. Sec. 5. That the sum of $241025., be and the same is hereby appropriated out of the Sewer Fund in the hands of the City Treas- urer for the payment of the following claim: C..T. Snyder, Sbwer on Claflin, east of Union Pacific Railroad --------------7777-- ----------- 241.25 Sec. 6. That scrip for the amount specified in Section Five (5) of this ordinance be drawn on the City Treasurer for the payment of such claim. Said scrip to be made payable on demand and bearing no interest. Sec. 7. That the sum of $1,681.86, be and the same is hereby appropriated out of the Fire Station Fund in the hands of the City Treasurer for the payment of the following claim: To J. A. Ferm, -5th estimate on Fire Station --------$1681.86 Sec. 8. That scrip for the amount specified in Section Sev- en (7) of -this ordinance be drawn on the City Treasurer for the pay ment of such claim. Said scrip to be made payable on demand and bearing no interest. Sec. 9. That the sum of 6424.26, be and the same is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the hands of the City Treasurer for the payment of the following claims: C. T. Snyder & E. N. Tuttle, Constructing cement- sidewalks $235.13 R. C. Snyder, Raising & repairing brick sidewalks -------- 189.13 Total ------------------ $424.26 Sec. 10. Said scrip to be made payable on on before 15 months from date and bearing no interest. See. 11. This ordinance shall take.effect and be in full force from and after its adoption.
