An ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of certain
claims.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina:
Section 1. That the sum of '5200.00 be and the same is
hereby appropriated out of the General Fund in the hands of
the City Treasurer for the payment of the following claims
on account of the condemnation and appropriation of certain
land for the creation of a street between Ninth and Tenth Streets
in the city of Salina, Kansas, from Morrison Avenue to South
Street in accordance with the report filed by the appraisers
therein upon the 7th day of January, 1918, and -approved and
accepted by the Mayor and Council upon the 11th day of Febru-
ary, 1918, as follows:

Sec. 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
