2155 Police Judge SalaryORDINANCE NO. 2155 Published in the Salina Daily Union February 22nd, 1918 An ordinance providing for the salary of the Police Judge and repealing Ordinance No, 1861. Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina: Section 1. That the salary of the Police Judge of the city t of Salina, Kansas, shall be the sum of Nine Hundred ($900.00) Dollars per annum, payable semi-monthly,,, which shall be in full compensation for all services, such salary to be paid out of the General Fund of said City, as other claims are payable. See. 2. In the event of a Justice.of the Peace being called to act as Police Judge, the compensation of such Justice of the Peace shall be deducted from the salary of the Police Judge -- but shall not exceed the salary of the Police Judge for such period. Sec. 3. That Ordinance No.18611 passed and approved July 19, 1915, being an ordinance entitled, "An ordinance providing for the salary of the Police JLd ge, and relating to fines and costs in the Police Court and repetLling Ordinance No. 1097," be and the same is hereby repealed. Sec. 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its publication once in the Salina Daily Union. Passed and approved, February 18th, 1918. Edd Mathews, Mayor.
