An ordinance vacating portions of Seventh Street in the city
of Salina, Kansas.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the city of Salina:
i
Section 1. That seventh Street in said City, from the south
line of the right of way of the Union Pacific Railroad Company-
to
ompany_to the north line of North Street be and the same is hereby
vacated.
Sec. 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its publication once in the Salina Daily
Union.
Passed and approved, February 18th, 1918.

An ordinance vacating certain portions of Seventh Street in the
City of Salina, KanIsas.
Be it ordained by the I�@ayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina:
Section 1. That Seventh Street in said City, from
the South line of the Right -of -Way of the Union Pacific RAilroad-
Company to the north line of North Street be and the same is here
by vacated.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its publication once in the Salina
Daily Union.
