An ordinance appropriating money for the payment of a certain
claim.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina:
Section 1. That there be and is hereby appropriated out
of the general fund in full payment and settlembnt of the claim
of Joseph Lambotte against the city of Salina, Kansas, the
sum of One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars-.
Sec. 2, This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after_ its adoption.
Passed and approved, December 21st, 1917.
