An ordinance vacating a portion of certain streets in the city
of Salina, Kansas.
Be it ordained by the Maygir and Councilmen of the city of Salin a:
Section 1. That s strip of land 22 feet in width off the
north side of North Street in said City between the west side
of Seventh Street and the east side of Ninth Street in said
City, be and the same is hereby vacated.
Sec. 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Sec. 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from-and'after its publication once in the official City
paper.
