An ordinance establishing and creating a Benefit District and fix-
ing the boundaries thereof.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina:
Section 1. That there be and there is hereby created and
established within the City of Salina, Kansas, a district to be
known and designated as the "Benefit District.", the boundaries of
which shall be on the north, the south side of South Street; on
the east, the gest side of Ninth Street; on the south, the north
side of Morrison Avenue and on the west; the east -side of Tenth
Street
Sec. 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force and effect from and after its publication once in the offi-
cial City paper-.
