An ordinance granting the Right of Way to The Atchison, Topeka
and Santa Fe Railroad Company to build a switch track along,
upon and across certain streets in the city of Salina, Kan-
sas,
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina:
Section l... That the Right of Way be and the same is here-
by granted to the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe Railroad Company
to build, maintain and operate a switch track and to run its
trains,'engines and cars thereon upon, along and across Santa
Fe Avenue, North Street and Seventh Street in the City of Salina,
Kansas, from its present Shellabarger Mill Track now laid at the
intersection of North Street. and Santa Fe Avenue in said City to
the east side of Ninth Street in said City.
Sec. 2. Said switch track to be built and constructed in
accordance with the plans and specifications of the City EnginO
eer and the Street and Alley Committee of the City of Salina,

Kansas, relating to railroad crossings on paved streets in said
City.
Sec. 3. This ordinance when accepted, shall operate as a
contract between said Railroad Company and said City.

Sec. 4. This ordinance shall become and be in full force
and effect from and after its publication once in the official
i
City paper.
