An ordinance vacating a. portion of Eighth Stree=t in the City of
Salina, Kansas.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen -of-the- City of Salina:
Section 1. That Eighth Street, from the -north line of North
Street in the City of Salina, Kansas, to the south line of the Union
Pacific Right'of Way in said City be, and the same is hereby vacated.
Sec. 2. That the alley between Seventh Street and Eighth
Street in the City of Salina, from North Street to the Union Pacific
Right of qday be, and the same is hereby vacated.
Sec. 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its publication once in the official City paper.
