That orders be drawn on the City Treasurer for the payment of"the claims mentioned in Section One (1) hereof. Sec. 3. That the sum of $2tO34.32, be and the same is hereby appropriated out of the Paving Fund in the hands of the City Treasurer for the payment of the following claims: A. R. Young & Company, Balance due on paving -Phil- lips, 12th, - 10tsh, Walnut and Bishop ---------------------$ 101.25 A. R. Young & Company, Excavatirig,-grading"& paving Phillips, from Bishop Street to Union -Pacific Right of way 1933.07 Total ------------- 2034.32 Sec. 4. That scrip for the amounts specified in Section Three (3) of this ordinance be drawn,on the City Treasurer, for the payment-of''such claims. Said scrip to be made payable on or before 90 days from date and bearing 6% interest. Sec. 5. That the sum of 612.19, be and the same is here- by appropriated out of the Sewer Fund in the hands of the City Treasurer for the payment of the following claim: gnudsen & Ahart, Laying 10 inch sewer on Tenth, from Charles to Crawford Avenue $612.19 2 Sec. 6. That scrip for the 4mount specified in Section Five (5) of this ordinance be drawn on the City Treasurer for the ,payment of such claim. Said scrip too be made payable on or before 90 days from date and bearing 6% interest. Sec. 7 That the -sum of _8,810.60 .be and the same is hereby .appropriated out of any funds in the hands of the City Treasurer for the payment of the following claims: J. A. That scrip for the amounts specified in Section Seven (7 ) of .this ordinance be drawn on .the .City Treasurer for the pay- ment of such claims. Said scrip to be made payable on the first three amounts mentioned in Section Seven on or before 30 days from date, and bearing 6°o interest; and on the last named amount men- tioned in Section 72 said scrip shall be made payable on or before fifteen months from date, and bearing no interest.
