ORDINANCE NO. 2090
An ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of certain
claims.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina:
Section 1. That the sum of Four Thousand'Nine
Hundred Fifty
Three and 1100 Dollars, (4,953.01). be and the same
is hereby
appropriated out of the various funds in the General
Department
for the payment of the following claims:

Sec. 4. That scrip for the amounts specified in Section
Three of this ordinance be drawn on the City Treasurer for the
payment of such claims. Said scrip to be made payable on the fimt
eight amounts mentioned in Section Three, on or before 90 days
from date, and bearing 6% interest; and on the last named amount
mentioned in Section Three, said scrip shall be made payable on
demand and bearing no interest.
Sec. 5. That the sum of $562.10, be and the same is hereby
appropriated out of the Sewer Fund in the hands of the City Treas-
urer for the payment of the following claims:
C. T. Snyder, 'Construction of Sewer --------------$418.50
M. R. Amerman, It " "--------- --- 143.50

Sec. 6. That scrip for the amounts specified in Section
Five of this ordinance be drawn on the City Treasurer, for the.
payment of the claims mentioned in Section Five of this ordinances
Said scrip to be made payable on or before 90 days from date and
bearing 611 interest.
Sec. 7. That the sum of $1,205.54, be and the same is her&
by appropriated out of any fund in the hands of the City Treasur-
er for the payment of the following claim:
C. T. Snyder, For construction of cement sidewalks -$1,205.54
Sec. 8. That scrip for the amount specified in Section
Seven of this ordinance be drawn on the City Treasurer for the pay-
ment of such claim. Said scrip to be made payable on or before
fifteen months from date and bearing no interest.
Sec. 9. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its adoption.
