An ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of the
vslue and damages for certain land condemned for public
purposes.
Be it. ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina:
Section 1. That there be and is hereby appropriated out
of the General Fund the sum of Eleven Hundred Dollars, (1100.00)
to be paid to the trustees of The African Methodist Episcopal
Church of the City of Salina, for the value and damages caused
by the appropriation and condemnation of part of Lot Thirty -
Eight on Tenth Street in Bishop's Addition to the City of Salina,
Kansas.
Sec. 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from,and after its publication once in the official City
paper.
