An ordinance establishing and creating a Benefit- District and
fixing the boundaries thereof. 4
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina:
Section 1. That there be and is hereby created and
lished within the city of Salina, Kansas, a district to be
know and designated as. the "Benefit District', the boundaries
of which shall be: On the West, the east side of Thirteenth
Street; on the East,' the west side of Ninth Street; on the
North, the south side of Bishop Street; and on the south,
the north side of Park Street.
Sec. 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its publication once in the official City
paper.
Passed and approved, June 21st, 1917.
