An ordinance repealing Ordinance Number 2037, Bnt itled, "An ordin-
ance providing for the condemnation and appropriation of certain
lots and pieces of ground in the City of Salina, hereinafter
described, for the purpose of opening and widening and extending
Elm Street and Eleventh Strebt
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the city of Salina:
Section 1. That Ordinance Number 2037 be and the same is
hereby repealed.
Sec. 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its publication once in the official City
paper.
Passed and approved, June 21st, 1917.
