An ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of certain
claims.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina:
Section 1. That the sum of Four Hundred Sixty -Six and 30100
Dollars, ($466.30) be and the same is hereby appropriated out of
the General Fund in the hands of the City Treasurer for the payment
of the judgment rendered against the City of Salina in the District
6aurt, of Saline County, Kansas, in which N. B. Young is plaintiff
and The City of Salina is defendant.
See. 2. That an order be drawn on the City Treasurer for
the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) hereof.
Sec. 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its publication once in the official City paper.
Passed and approved, June 18th, 1917.
