An ordinance vacating a portion of certain streets and alleys in
the City of Salina.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina:
Section 1. That Eighth Street from the south line of North
Street in the City of Salina, Kansas, south to the north line of
the right-of-way of The At chs ion, Topeka & Santa Fe Railway Company
be and the same is hereby vacated.`.
Sec. 2. That the -alley lying between Seven\h and Eighth Streets
in Salina, from the south line of North Street to the north line of
the right-of-way of The Atchsion, Topeka & Santa Fe Railway Company,
be and the same is hereby vacated.
Sec. 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its publication once in the official City paper.
Passed and approved, May 7th, 1917.
