2023 Appropriations2bPGf1 ORDINANCE NO. 2023 An ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of certain claims. Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the. City of Salina: Lection 1. That the sum of Three Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty- three and 55100 Dollars, ($3,983.55) be and the same is hereby ap- propriated out of the various departments of the General Fund in the hands of the City Treasurer for the payment of the following claims: Western Printing Company, ----------------------------2.30 M. That the sum of Ten Thousand ($10,000.00) Dollars, be and the same is hereby appropriated out of the Paving Fu-md in the hands of the City Treasurer for the payment of the following claim: A. R. Young & Company, Part payment on Bishop Street and Twelfth Street Paving ----------$10,000.00 Sec. 4.. That scrip for the amount specified in Section Three (3) of this ordinance be drawn on the City Treasurer for the payment of such claim, said scrip to be made payable on or before 90 days I from date and bearing six per cent interest.
