An ordinance vacating a certain portion of Railroad Street in the
city of Salina, Kansas.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina:
Section 1. That all that portion of Railroad Street in the
city of Salina, Kansas, lying between the north line of Ash Street
extended and the south line of the alley running east and west
between Ash Street and Park Street extended west, and lying between
the north line of said alley extended -'w -est and the south line of
Park Street extended, be and the same is hereby vacated, discon-
tinued and annulled.
Sec. 2. -This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its publication once in The Salina Daily Union.
