An ordinance granting to The Standard Oil Company a special -
permit to build an oil station at the corner of Elm Street
and Santa Fe Avenue.
Be it ordained by the payor and Councilmen of the City of Salina:
Lection 1. A special permit is hereby granted to The Stand -
and Oil Company to build an oil station at the corner of Elm Street
and Santa Fe Avenue in the city of Salina, Kansas,'on the south
side of Elm Street and the west side of Santa Fe Avenue. Said
Standard Oil Company shall secure from the Fire Chief a permit to
build such oil station under the regular rules for obtaining such
permits.
See. 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its publication once in The Salina Daily Union.
