An ordinance appropriating the sum of $350.00 in payment of a certain
claim hereinafter named.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina:
Section 1. The sum of ,$350.00 is hereby appropriated out
of the General Fund in the hands of the City Treasurer for the
payment of the west sixty ,(60) feet of the east seventy-six (76)
- c
feet of the south one-half (S. 1/2) of Lot Twenty -One (21) on
Ninth Street, in Prescott's Addition to the City of Salina, Kan-
sas, as condemned and appropriated under the terms of Ordinance
No. 1996.
Sec . 2. That a warrant f or the amount specified in Section,
One (1) hereof shall be drawn on the City Treasuerer, payable to
Alexander H. Daum and his wife Adeline D. Daum.
Sec - 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
