An ordinane'e providing for the taking -and condemnation of Lots
4-1ght (8) Nine (9) and Teri (10), in Block Seven (7),
Ca l� in t s ldd it ion t o t he C it y of Sal ina, and a ppo int Ing
appraisers for the assessment of the compensation to be
paid therefor.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and .Councilmen of the City of Salina:
Section 1. That Lots Eight (8), Nine (9) and Ten (10),
in Block Seven (7), Calkin's Addition to the City of Salina, Kan-
sas, be condemned, appropriated and taken by the City of Salina,'
for the purpose of establishing thereon a polling place for the
North Precinct of the Second ward of said City.

and are hereby appointed as
appraisers and householders to determine and assess the compen-
