An ordinance prohibiting certain persons herein named from stand-
ing certain vehicles herein named, designated and describ-
ed, in at and upon certain parts and portions of the depot
grounds of the Union Station or Depot in'the city of Salina,
Kansas.
it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina:

. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, co-
partcorporation owning, driving, using, managing or
havior management of any automobile, carriage,hackcab, coach, transfer wagon, express wagon, dray
or wicle or any kind used, kept and maintained for the
carrying, cone\ansfer
sporting or delivery of persons, passeng-
ers, baggage, gs or merchandise for pay within'the limits
of the City.of stand any such automobilb, carriage, hack,taxicab, cab, csfer wagon, express wagon, dray or wagon
or vehicle of aed, kept or maintained for the carrying,
conveying, trandelivery of persons, passengers, baggage,goods, wares orse or pay within the limits of said City,
at, in or upon that part, of �h union depot grounds of the City of
Salina, Kansas, between the east nd of suchunion depot and the
west side of Twelfth Street, in sa City, and between the. main line
track of The Union Pacific and The A hison, Topeka &' Santa Fe rail-
roads in said City.
Sec. 2. Any person, firm, co-partn ship or corporation
as mentioned and described in Section One ( hereof who shall vio-
late any of the provisions of this ordinance s 11 be deemed guilty
of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined in any sum
not exceeding $50.00 for each _offense; and each se rate violation
of the provisions of this ordinance shall be deemed sgpparate and
distinct offense under this ordinance.
Sec. 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in orce
from and after its publication once in The Salina Daily Uni
