ORDINANCE NO. 1974.
(Published in the Salina Daily Union 1916)
An ordinance repealing so much of Ordinance No. 1038 as is in
conflict with Ordinance No. 1971.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina:
Section 1. That so much of Ordinance No. 1038 as is in
conflict with Ordinance No. 1971 is hereby repealed.
Sec. 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its publication once in The Salina Daily Union.
Passed and approved, August 7th, 1916.
