ORDINANCE NO. 1969.

An ordinance appointing the appraisers to assess the damage
sustained by the owners of property to be taken for the
purpose of widening the alley between Ninth and Tenth
Streets and running from Morrison Avenue to South Street
13e it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina:
Section 1. That Henry H. Eberhardt, Wm. Hansen and C. L.
Wight are hereby appointed to assess and determine the damage
caused resulting to the owners of property to be taken for the
purpose of widening the alley between Ninth and Tenth Streets
and running from Morrison Avenue to South Street.
Sec. 2. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect
from and after its publication once in the Salina Daily Union.
Passed and approved, July 17, 1916.
