An ordinance fixing the rate of interest to be born by the sewer
bonds provided to be issued by Ordinance No. 1958.
Be it ordained bythe the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina:
Section 1. That the Sewer Improvement Bonds of the city
of Salina, Kansas, provided to be issued by Ordinance No. 1958
of such City shall bear interest at the rate of four and three-
quarters (4.3/4) per cent per annum, payable semi-annually.
Sec. 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its publication once in the Salina Daily Union.
