ORDINANCE NO.- 1965
An ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a
certain claim.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Sal if,a :
Section 1. That the sum 'of Eighty -Nine and 42100
Dollars, ($89.42) be and the same is hereby appropriated
out of any fund in the hands of the City Treasurer for the
payment of the following claim:
To Z. T. Heminger, For constructing sidewalks ..... 89.42
Sec. 2. That scrip for the amount specified in Section
One (1) of this ordinance be drawn on the City Treasurer for
the payment of such claim. Said scrip to be made payable
on or before fifteen (15) months after date and bearing no
interest.
Sec. 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its adoption.
Passed and approved, July 3rd, 1916.
