1959 AppropriationsV ORD I N A N C E N0. 1959 An ordinance appropriating money for the payment of certain claims. Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina: Section 1. That the sum of Eleven Thousand Three Hundred Eighty -Nine and 10100 Dollars, ($11$89.10) be and the same is hereby appropriated out of the General Fund in the hands of the City Treasurer for the payment of the following claims: GENERAL DEPARTMENT. That orders be drawn on the City Treasurer for the payment of the claims mentioned in Section One (1) hereof. Sec. 3. That the -sum of Six_Hundred Ninety -Eight and 95%100 Dollars, ($698.95)'be and the same is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the hands of the City Treasurer for the payment of the following claims: To L. That scrip for the amounts specified in Section Three of this ordinance be drawn on the City Treasurer for the payment of such claims, said scrip to be made payable fifteen (15) months from date and bearing no interest. See. 5. That the sum of Two Thousand' Two Hundred Fifty - Seven and 75100 Dollars, (2,257.75) be and the same is hereby appropriated out of the Paving Fund in the hands of the City Treasurer for the payment -of the following claim: To L. H. Lyon, For curb & gutter on Bishop Street, between Ninth and Thirteenth Street. $2257.75 Sec. 6. That scrip for the amount specified in Sec- tion Five of this ordinance be drawn on the City Treasurer for the payment of such claim. Said scrip to be made payable on or before ninety (90) days from date and bearing six per cent (6%) interest. Sec. 7. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its adoption.
