An ordinance appointing Fred H. Quincy, T. D. Fitzpatrick and
C. L. Wight as appraisers to assess the damage caused by
the condemnation and-appropriat ion of the ' property provided
to be condemnde and appropriated for the widening and ex-
tending of Bishop Street by Ordinances Nos . .1948 and 1949.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina:
Section 1. That Fred H. Quincy, -T. D. Fitzpatrick and C. L.
Wight, three disinterested householders of the City, be and they
are hereby appointed as appraisers to assess the damage caused by
the condemnation and appropriation of the real property provided
to be condemned and appropriated for the widening and extending
of Bishop Street as provided by Ordinances Nos. 1948 and 1949.
Sec. 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its publication once .in the Salina Evening Journal.
Passed and approved May 22d, 1916.
