An ordinance amending Section One of Ordinance No. 1936 and repealing
such Section One of Ordinance No. 1936.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina:
Section 1. That Section One of Ordinance No. 1936, be amended
to read as follows, to -wit:
"Sect ion 1. That the owner or owners of any and all real
estate abutting on the west -side of Fifth Street from Crawford Avenue
to Bond Street; the east side of Fifth Street from Crawford Avenue,
north to connect with the present walk on such street; the east side
of College Avenue from Spruce Street to South Street; the east side of
Twelfth Street from South to Morrison Avenue; in the city of Salina,
Kansas, are hereby required to construct, or cause to be constructed
on or before the 15th day of June, 1916, a sidewalk in front of and
adjacent to all the lots or parts of lots above described, said
sidewalk to be constructed of the material, width and in the manner
specified and required by Ordinance No. 1038 of the city of Salina,
which ordinance is hereby made a part of this ordinance."
Sec. 2. Section One of Ordinance No. 1936 is hereby repealed.
