An ordinance -approp flat ing -the sum of $550.00 for the payment of
a judgment rendered in the District Court of Saline County,
Kansas, against the City 'of'Salina in the case of Malinda
McGilvary, Katherine Elliot, Nellie Brooks and William Murthe,
versus the City of Salina, Kansas.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina:
Section 1. That the sum of Five Hundred Fifty Dollars,
($550.00) be and is hereby appropriated out of the General fund
of the City of Salina for the payment of a judgment rendered against
said. City in the, district court of Saline County, Kansas, in the
case of Malinda McGilivary, Katherine Elliot, Nellie Brooks and
William Murthe versus the City of Salina, Kansas, such cum to be in
full settlement of such judgment
See. 2. An order is hereby drawn on .the City Treasurer for
the payment of the judgment mentioned in section one (1) hereof
in the sum of $550.00.
Sec. 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
