An ordinance extending the fire 1 im it s in the City of Salina,
Kansas.
Be it .ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina:
Section `l That 'the fire limits of the city of Salina., Kan-
sas, be and are hereby extended so as to include the following por-
tions of said City, to -wit: All that portion bounded on the west
by Ninth Street, on the south by Elm Street, on the east by Fourth
Street and on the north by the main line track .of the Union Pacific
Railroad Company.
See. 2. The fire limits hereinbefore defined shall be in
addition to any and all other limits heretofore defined and set
off by ordinance as fire limits in and for said City of Salina.
tee. 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be -in force
from and after its publication once in The Salina Evening Journal.
