RESOLUTION NITIABE'R 966
(First Published in the Salina Journal March�O 1947)
A RESOLUTION relating to the curbing and guttering and grading of the south
side of Kirwin Avenue from the west side of Fourth Street to the
west line of Osborne Street, and the curbing and guttering and grad-
ing of Kirwin Avenue from the west line of Osborne Street to a
point 125 feet east of the east line of Osborne Street.
BE IT RESOUVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:,
That the south side of Kirwin Avenue, a street in the City of
Salina, Kansas, from the west side of Fourth Street to the west line
of Osborne Street, be curbed and guttered and graded, with such exca-
vation and otherwise improving as may be necessary therefor; and Kir-
win Avenue, from the west line of Osborne Street to a point 125 feet east
of theeast line of Osborne Street, be curbed and guttered, with such
grading and excavation and otherwise improving as may be necessary
therefor; and that the same are hereby determined to be necessary im-
pr ovement s
