to the City of Salina, Kansas.
VMMMAS, it has come to the attention of the Board ofCommissioners
of the City of Salina, Kansas, that Virgil H4 Johnson is permitting illegal
use of Lots Seven (7), Eight (8) and eine (9), Block One (1), in Ever-
green Park (Re -plat) Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas,
and of the improvements thereof contrary to the provisions of Ordinance
Number 3188 of the City.of Salina, Kansas; and
MHE11,11iMS, said illegal use constitutes a public nuisance; and
SO NOV,�T, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF CO1&uiISSIO1,-h-RS
OF TI -Me CITY OF SALI-INTA, KAJ"SAS, that C. L. Clark, City Attorney of the
City of Salina, Kansas, be and he is hereby directed to institute an
action in the anme of the City of Salina, Kansas, and against the laid
Virgil H. Johnson, for the purpose of enjoining the said Virgil H.
Johnson from illegal use of the real property hereinbefore described and
for the purpose of abating the illegal use t6r6of, and that said City
Attorney do all other things necessary and proper to prosecu'te said
cause to judgment in the District Court of Saline County, Kansas, and
that E. J. Allison, City Manager of the City of Salina, Kansas, be and
he is hereby authorized, to verify that petition to be filed when pre-
pared. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect upon
its adoption.
