RESOLUTION NUMBER 952
A RESOLUTION providing for the appropriation of certain real prop-
erty for public use.
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas,
deems and declares it necessary to appropriate the following described
private property in Saline County, Kansas, to -wit:
The West Eighty (W 801) feet of Lot
Twelve (12) in Block Two (2) in Tucker
Park Addition to the City of Salina,
for the use of the City of Salina in extending the storm sewer system
of said city as planned, selected and projected:
SO NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of
the City of Salina, Kansas%
That a survey, description and plat of the aforesaid land so re-
quired by the city be made btu H. F. Harper, surveyor and City Engineer
of the City of Salina, and filed with the City Clerk of said city forth -

That this resolution be in full force and effect from and after
its adoption.
