BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
That Lincoln Avenue, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas,
from the east side of Tenth Street to the west side of Ninth Street,
be paved, with such grading and excavation as may be necessary there-
for and that the same are hereby determined to be necessary improve-
ments,
