A RESOLUTION relating to the paving and grading of North Street from the east
line of Fourth Street to the east line of Arthur Street,
BE IT RESOLVED b the Board of Commissioners of the Cit of line Kansas:

That Forth Street, a street in the City of Salina Kansas, from the east
line of Fourth Street to the eas t line of Arthur street be paved, with such
grading and excavation as may be necessary therefor and that the same are
hereby determined to be necessary improvements,
