A RESOLUTION relating to the excavation, grading and paving of
Chicago Street from the, south line State Street to the north
line of Walnut Street.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
That Chicago Street, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas,
from the south line of State Street to the no th line of Walnut
Street, be paved, with such grading and excavation as may be necessary
and the same is hereby determined to be necessary improvements.
