928 Improve Tenth StreetRESOLUTION NUNBER §28 (First Published in the Salina Journal � 1946) 0 II f A RESOLUTION relating to the curbing, guttering and grading of Tenth Street from the south line of Harsh Street to the south line of Hamilton Avenue. BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas; That Tenth Street, a street in the City &f Salinai, Kansas, from the south line of Harsh Street to the south line of Hamilton Avenue, be curbed and guttered with such grading and excavation as may be necessary and that said street between the street and gutter lines of eadh side thereof be graded to the established paving grade of said street within the limits above defined, and that the same are hereby determined to be necessary improvements.
