A RESOLUIION relating to the curbing, guttering and grading of Third
Street from the south line of Pacific Avenue to the north line '�-fForrest
Avenue*
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salinas
Kansas:
That Third Street, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas, from
the south line of Pacific Avenue to the north line of Forrest avenue,
be curbed and guttered with such grading and excavation as may be
necessary and that said street between the street and gutter lines of
each side thereof be I.-I.raded to the extablished paving grade of siad
street within the limits above defined, and that the sane are hereby
determined to be necessaxy improvements.
