A RESOLUTION relating to the curbing, guttering and grading of North
Street from the west line of Second Street to the west line of Front
Street.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Columissioners of the City of Salina.,
Kansas:
That North Street a street in the City of Salina, Kansas , from
the west line of Second Street to the west line of Front Street, be
curbed and guttered, along with such grading and excavation as may be
necessary, and that such street between the curb and gutter lines on
each side thereof be graded to the established paving grade of said street
within the limits above defined, and that the same are hereby determined
to be necessary improvements,
