A RESOLUTION relating to the paving and grading of Clark Street from the

south line of State Street to the north line o
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salinas, Kansas:
That Clark Street, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas., from
the south line of State Street to the north line of Walnut Street be paved,
with such grading and excavation as may be neoeeary therefor, and the same
is hereby determined to be a necessary improvement.
