902 Improve Franklin StreetBE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
That Franklin Street, a street in the city of Salina, Kansas,,from
the west property line of Merrill Street to the west line of Hancock Street
be curbed and muttered and otherwise improved, with such grading and
excavation as may be necessary therefor, and that all of the same is hereby
determined to be a necessary improvement.
