RESOLUTION NO. 904
A RESOLUTION relating to the curbing and guttering, paving and otherwise
imptotring of Twelfth Street from the southp roperty line of
Morrison Avenue to the North property line of Washington Avenue.
BE IT RESOLVED by the board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
That Twelfth Street, a street in the city of Salinas Kansas,
from the south property line of Morrison Avenue to the north property
line of Washington Avenue be curbed, guttered, paved and otherwise
improved, with such grading and excavation as necessary therefor, and
that all of the same is hereby determined to be a necessary improvement.
