WHEREAS, College and Phillips avenues are parallel streets
running North and South throul-h the City of Salina, and

through said City and is an intersecting connecting street between

properly tuned and guttered, and
REAS, said Spruce Street has been properly curbed and
guttered,
Ngro, THEPEFORE, be it resolved by the Board of Commissioners
of the City of Salina, that it is necessary that said Spruce Street
between College and Phillips Avenues be paved for a width of.27 feet
with 6 inch concrete together with such excavation and grading as
may be necessary, and that the same is hereby determined to be a
necessary improvement.
