A RESOLUTION relating to the curbing, guttering and grading Spruce Street
from the west line of Clark Street to the east line of Missouri
Pacific Railroad right -or -way, and for the paving of Spruce
Street from the west line of College Avenue to the west line
o? ark Street.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
That Spruce Street, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas, from
the west line of Clark Street to the east line of Missouri Pacific Railroad
right-of-way be curbed and guttered, along with such grading and excavation
as may be necessary, and that such street between the curb and gutter lines
on each side thereof be graded to the established paving grade of said streeti
within the limits above defined; and that Spruce Street, a street in the
City of Salina, Kansas, from the west line of College Avenue to the west
line of Clark Street be paved, with such grading and excavation as may be
necessary therefor, and that the same are hereby determined to be necessary
improvements.
